Seller, Cindy Maubach, has agreed to sell Buyer, named above , the puppy described as:

For a total amount of 1500$ of which 750$ is due at time of submission of this contract form and 750$ is due when the pup is 8 weeks and before the puppy leaves our care and is exclusive of any shipping costs.

Seller guarantees that the puppy will be in good health and free of disease at the time of pick up. The puppy will have all age appropriate vaccinations and worming along with health papers from a certified veterinarian. Additionally Seller will provide Buyer with detailed health records of vaccination dates, worming schedule and necessary booster recommendations. A starter bag of puppy food is provided as well when possible. Seller will provide registration papers for registration with AKC and suggests that the Buyer make registration an immediate priority. AKC offers a 30 puppy health insurance that is free and recommended.

IMPORTANT for new puppy owners. All puppies can stress after traveling and arriving in a new home, a foreign environment with different drinking water and so forth. The most common physical ailment of stress in puppies is diarrhea. Diarrhea can be devastating to an 8 week old puppy. Do not ignore Diarrhea; it can become a medical emergency within 24 hours. Puppies dehydrate very quickly from it. Please do your homework and be prepared for your new puppy.

Shipping is available at the request of the Buyer and is at the Buyers expense. Shipping, crates, fluctuating ground and airfare costs make it difficult to calculate a hard line cost and will be agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller in advance and paid to the Seller in advance of the puppy leaving our care. If anything should happen to said puppy while in our care, all monies paid will be refunded.

All puppies are guaranteed against genetic defect for 3 years. Seller will not pay any veterinary expense on a puppy that has been found to have a genetic defect. A puppy having been found to have a genetic defect will be returned to the Seller at the Buyers expense and the Seller will replace the defective puppy with a new puppy of similar quality. MDR1 is not a genetic defect. All of our dogs are tested, however: it has been found that even dogs that show no genetic presence of MDR1 can still react adversely to certain medications. Buyer and Buyer’s veterinarian should treat puppy with the MDR1 protocol regardless of genetic results.

By signing this sales agreement you are guaranteeing that you have read it and agree to it in its entirety.
